My portrait of Lee Krasner is part of a series that I'm developing about women artists (and often muses) who were somewhat overshadowed by there male partners. Lee Krasner was an American abstract expressionist painter. She was married to Jackson Pollock and despite them having mutual respect for each other's work it is he who became famous and she remained relatively unknown.

This three colour print is printed on 130g imitation Japanise vellum using linseed based inks. It measures 240 x 320mm
